I grew up in Muncie, but now I live in Huntington.
How did you hear about roller derby? I watched a TV show about a derby team and then my friend invited me to attend the FWDG's last bout in 2006. When they said try outs were in October, I knew I had to try out.
What was it about roller derby that interested you? When I found a reason to be able to skate often, I was ready to sign up. Ever since I found out what derby was, I wanted to be part of it. Please list a crazy unknown fact about yourself.
When I am not on skates or working, I love to go off-roading. I have a four-wheel-drive vehicle that I love to take off the road as often as possible. My dad has a truck like mine, so we like to go together. It is a challenging and fun activity.
How did you come up with your skate name? What do you like best about derby? I love that I get to skate twice a week and I am enjoying making new friends.
Educational background: I went to Muncie Central High School and I graduated from Huntington University with a degree in Elementary Education.
